Become a Certified FACTS Professional.

Patients are presenting with complex hormonal and reproductive health concerns — irregular cycles, infertility, miscarriage, PMS, PMOS, endometriosis — yet many care models focus on symptom suppression rather than root cause.

The missing piece?
Practicing health professionals that understand the cycle as a diagnostic tool.
Limited spots available — applications reviewed on a rolling basis

What is Cooperative Reproductive Endocrinology (CoRE)?

CoRE is a clinical approach that addresses endocrine and reproductive function by working in cooperation with the body’s natural physiology.

Through biomarker tracking using fertility awareness-based methods (FABMs), CoRE supports:

Identification of hormonal patterns
Diagnosis of underlying dysfunction
Treatment of root causes of common hormonal health concerns
Restoration of physiologic balance

Rather than managing symptoms, CoRE integrates female cycle tracking into medical decision-making to guide individualized, evidence-based care, cooperative health care.

The FACTS Certification verifies structured knowledge in this model of care.

This certification is for you if...

...You are a practicing health professional who seeks to optimize patient health by using the female cycle chart as a diagnostic tool to identify and address the root causes of common hormonal and reproductive health concerns through a cooperative, restorative approach.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need prior training in a fertility awareness method?

No. There are no prerequisites requiring prior training in a specific method. The program includes introductory instruction on major evidence-based methods and charting approaches.

Will this train clinicians to teach fertility awareness methods directly to patients?

No. The stated goal is for clinicians to understand the methods, counsel patients on which approach may fit their needs, and interpret charts in clinical context rather than serve as full method instructors.

What is the weekly time committment?

Participants should expect a weekly commitment of about 3 to 4 hours, including the lecture, readings, and live session.

How large will the cohort be?

The goal for the inaugural cohort is about 10 to 15 participants.

What is included in the cost?

The cost includes the certification program itself, conference registration for the FACTS virtual and in-person conference and CME credits.

Are discounts available?

Yes. FACTS members receive a 20% discount, and participants may also receive a $200 credit for each previously registered FACTS CME course, up to $1,000. These discounts are stackable.

Will recertification be required?

To ensure that certified clinicians remain current with the latest evidence and best practices, FACTS will require participants to engage in ongoing educational updates and meet periodic recertification requirements to maintain their certification.

Are the live sessions required?

The Friday live sessions are expected to be a core part of the program experience. Optional office hours are also available on Tuesday evenings.
