Professional CME Course

The FACTS CME course examines the broad applications of modern Fertility Awareness-Based Methods (FABMs) and their role in pregnancy prevention, infertility, and women’s health monitoring and management of a range of reproductive and hormonal health concerns. 

This course equips clinicians with the knowledge needed to present all reproductive health options to patients, allowing them to make informed decisions based on their individual needs, lifestyle, and values.

Course Overview

This course is divided into multiple parts, each approved for up to 16 CME credits through the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP). You can elect to take any number of parts, from just one to the entire program. Each part is self-paced and they may be taken in any order, either consecutively or simultaneously.

You will have access to the CME course for up to one year with the purchase of one to five parts. If you purchase six or more parts, you will have access to the CME course content for two years. If you have not completed the course content at the end of your initial access period, we offer the option to purchase an extension for up to 90 days.

How do I decide which one is best for me?

  • New to FABMs and Restorative Reproductive Medicine?
    We recommend starting with the foundational sequence:
    Parts A → B → C → D
    These courses provide an introduction to modern Fertility Awareness-Based Methods (FABMs), including:
    • The science behind different FABMs
    • Their effectiveness for family planning
    • How cycle charting can support the diagnosis and management of women’s health conditions such as endometriosis, PCOS, PMS, and anovulation
  • Already familiar with FABMs?
    If you have completed Parts A–D, participated in the FACTS Student or Resident Elective, or have previous training in FABMs or Restorative Reproductive Medicine (RRM), you may choose courses based on your interests. Explore our CME Learning Paths or take individual CME Parts.
